We collect information you provide via our contact form: name, email, phone number, country, message content, the area you need help with and, if you choose, how you found us, plus the first page you visited on this site. With your enquiry we also record the country associated with your IP address. We do not collect data through tracking cookies beyond essential site functionality.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide advisory services. We do not sell your data. To run this site and answer your enquiry we use service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, storage of form submissions and cookieless Web Analytics, which records aggregated page statistics), Resend (email notification of your enquiry to us) and Google Workspace (our mailbox). Some of them may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR. Beyond these providers, we share your data only as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
