- The first contact is a video call with Avv. Francesco L. Costi, who handles every matter personally. The call is to understand your situation and explain how the engagement would be organised. No fee is charged for this introductory call, and legal work begins only once you have accepted a written fee proposal. Meetings at the Rome office are by appointment only.
- If we can help, you receive a written fee proposal before any work starts. No commissions from sellers or agents.
- You don't need to travel: the work is handled remotely, in English, and the notarial deed can be signed by power of attorney.
